- Invoices and purchase history through Stripe (no payment details stored internally)

2. Analytics & Platform Use

We use Mixpanel for internal analytics to improve platform usability and performance. No personal data is used in analytics dashboards. Metrics include supplier comparisons, negotiations, and customer budget performance.

3. Payments

All payments are processed through Stripe. We do not store card details. We may retain payment history such as invoices and billing details for internal record-keeping and support.

4. AI Interaction

Prompts and interactions with our AI agents are stored to improve the platform and user experience. Prompts are not tied to identifiable users but may relate to specific supplier interactions.

5. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services including Render (cloud hosting) and APIs for supplier enrichment and communications. These partners may process limited data as part of platform functionality.

6. Marketing & Communications

We send newsletters, updates, and product information to users. All communications include opt-out or unsubscribe options to comply with GDPR and CCPA regulations. Users are opted-in by default where permitted by law.

7. Geographic Scope

We currently serve users in the EU, California, and other approved markets. ProQube does not support access from high-risk countries or regions under sanctions or elevated fraud risk.

8. Children’s Privacy

ProQube is not intended for users under the age of 18. Team Leads are responsible for ensuring compliance with this age restriction.
